From discussion to actionAt the seventh Advisory Board Meeting of the EU Advisory Group (EUAG), which was held on 28 September in Yerevan, the EUAG presented its quarterly report and its planned activities for the remainder of the year.
“We have moved from general discussions and come down to concrete deliberations on progress in a wide range of areas. Therefore, we are no longer designing but doing reforms”, said the Head of the EU delegation to Armenia, Raul de Luzenberger, in his speech.
Progress on the preparations for a Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement negotiations, as well as EU efforts in supporting good governance, mobility and other areas were mentioned in the context of the ongoing EU-Armenia Association Agreement negotiations.
Armenian Government and National Assembly officials, EU Member State Embassy and international organisation representatives participated in the meeting, which was co-chaired by Ambassador Raul de Luzenberger and the Secretary of the Armenian National Security Council Artur Baghdasaryan.
