EU supports setting up of Armenian Diplomatic Academy

With the new Diplomatic Academy of Armenia, foreign policy training in the country will receive a significant boost. The school, established with the support of the EU Advisory Group, was officially inaugurated on February 15. 27 graduates out of 190 applicants were selected after a three-stage competition process to be prepared for the future diplomatic service. Students will be taught by renowned lecturers from universities worldwide, as well as by experienced Armenian and international diplomats. The Academy will not only be a school for top professionals, but also a forum for discussions on contemporary issues among the experts from Armenia and abroad.
